IBOP for top drive

As a supporting control valve for top drive drilling systems, the IBOP is divided into upper and lower cocks, which are arranged in series.Featuring a highly reliable metal-to-metal sealing structure, the product provides excellent bi-directional pressure resistance with a rated working pressure of 10,000 psi or 15,000 psi.In the event of a kick, the upper top drive cock supports remote remote closing, while the lower cock can be closed manually for emergency operation, achieving dual well control protection.The top drive sliding sleeve mechanism serves as a dedicated actuator for the upper cock. It can cooperate with the rig control system to enable operation of the upper top drive cock at any height on the driller’s console.The inner cavity of the valve body and core components are treated with special anti-corrosion processes, adapting to harsh drilling environments and significantly improving service life and operational stability.
