The high-pressure standpipe  manifold consists of Z23Y100-5000PSI and Z23Y50-5000PSI mud gate valves, high-pressure spherical unions, high-pressure conical unions, tees, high-pressure hoses, elbows, pressure gauges, short joints, etc. The ground valve group adopts a goose shaped three-way structure, which has the characteristics of compact structure, low fluid resistance, and can fully utilize power. The valve group on the drill floor adopts a reducing four way, which can achieve direct use of a single pipe and is convenient for on-site use. The high-pressure union is made of high-strength alloy steel and subjected to heat treatment. Structurally, it can achieve fast loading and unloading operations. The union is manufactured with specialized machinery. Sealing is achieved through the combination of precision machined spherical and conical surfaces with sealing rings. The gate plate and valve seat of the Z23Y-5000PSI mud gate valve are both made of hard alloy spray welding, which has the characteristics of erosion resistance and corrosion resistance, greatly improving the service life of the valve, and has the characteristics of small operating torque and light opening and closing.
